Policies:
- Rates are based on 2-person occupancy and do not include taxes (9.8%) or pet fees ($5 per night).
- A 2-night minimum stay is required on Holiday and Event weekends.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal/business checks (with proper identification)
- Due to limited space, we cannot reserve rooms without prepayment of first night stay or a credit card guarantee.
- To avoid cancellation charges, we require 48-hour notice (prior to 2pm check-in). A 24-hour notice is acceptable for reservations over State-canceled clam dates.
